This is an experiment that was conducted so as to get the real attitude of young people or rather young adults concerning the issue of sexual orientation. The main objective of this research was to determine and evaluate quantitatively the attitude that exists among the youth in the institute of higher learning in middle Georgia. The study was aimed at getting the actual response concerning acceptance of same sex relationships.

In this research, the sample was meant to consist of 337 students who were then in college. The sample method that was applied was surveying and these students were supposed to be surveyed during the 20042005 academic year. There were a number of significant differences that were noted among and between the groups and this were done with the aid of descriptor variables of partisan membership and gender. In the research, there was no significant different that was noted out of religious affiliation or race or ethnic origin. The sampling frame can be said to be 337 students who were supposed to represent the entire population of the young people that were living in Georgia at the time of the study. In this case, the sample is taken from only one population. The reason is that this study is carried out only in Georgia and this is carried out among those students that were schooling in this area. Therefore the sample size may be termed as n1 as it presents only those students from Georgian Schools or colleges.

The strategy that was employed in this research maybe said to be inefficient because it only took part in one area. In addition, the research did not put into account some of the other factors that would have assisted in getting better results. It would have put into account the fact that even the public also has its own view which should not be underestimated and therefore it should also be considered. In addition, the study would have taken into account the fact that there are other areas where the sample should be taken so that there can be diversified views.
