Discussion Response

One may think that the process of practicing law enforcement only revolves around the process of seeking to establish security and order within a particular community. However, the programmes and questions also provide means to understand the manner in which it is portrayed towards society and the view concerning who commits these actions. By trying to single out people who are classified in the low socio-economic strata not only promotes unequal means of establishing awareness but also limit the determining that actions and decisions matter in the perspective of analyzing crime. Due to this, Sutherlands view arguably seeks to promote new means to heighten the perspective of external factors causing crime.

In essence, it can be deduced that the principle and perspective shaping this type of analysis corresponds to establishing the mindset towards furthering opportunities for commitment and development. Here, it caters to the formulation of specific approach related to widening not only the application of crime but also defining its appropriate means of application and enforcement. By valuing the role of the citizenry as a whole, it can seek to further transcend the needs of the population and promote an unbiased and non-prejudicial means of law enforcement.  Thus, seeing that society itself is the one that sets these standards and norms for appropriate individual behavior, the idea then of law enforcement must seek to further the values and ideals these principles have sought to address accordingly.
