Being in a minority group is a key to all forms of suffering.   We find that in the whole world the rich elite have a more audible voice than the poor.  If the wealthy require something done on their stead, it wont matter whether they are qualified or whether it is right or wrong.  In big organization we find many employees getting very poor pay but since they do not have power to fight for their rights they are left with no option other than taking what the employers are offering.

People are robbed of their freedom of expression for lack of moneyresources.  It is very rare for a wealthy person to face the law because they are always right because money is there to make them right regardless of what they are or what they do.  Many poor people do not have a place in the society to air their views concerning their visions and dreams for the society, this denial cause them to rebel against the authorities as a form of fighting back.  In organizations employees who are poorly paid will always find ways to compensate them for what they are denied, many will be involved in stealing the companys resources or misusing them.

From childhood, it is evident that children who are brought up in poverty turns out to be more rebellious because of the challenges they encounter as they grow.  These kids fight their fellows for no reasons and this continues to maturity if the lifestyle does not change.
